unable to view my score report & Free AZURE account issue

I passed my AI 900 last month but my score report is still not available at "credential". Can MS help to have a look?
By the way, When I applied for free azure account with this email, it said i was not eligible to get free azure account.. I checked today suddenly show there are 1 day remaining for that free USd200. should MS allow me to enjoy this free USD200 credit for the coming 30 days?
