Microsoft graph issue, Not able to consent API Permissions: Mail.send

Question

I am trying to get Mail.send function by api, however, its showing unconsent for "Mail.send"

What is showing on the Unconsent button is "You requite Directory.Read.All and DelegratedPermissionGrant.ReadWrite.All to be able to revoke consent to permissions"

Already tried to consent "Directory.Read.All" and "DelegratedPermissionGrant.ReadWrite.All" and it is still not working.
