为了帮助减少截断错误，此属性不使用每秒帧数的标准帧速率度量 (FPS) 。 相反，此属性将帧速率度量为每 1000 秒帧数 (FPS 乘以 1000) 。 例如， System.Video.FrameRate 将帧速率 29.97 FPS 表示为 29970 的整数值。
