`SWFO_NEEDDISPATCH` 值： 0x1 窗口必须具有 IDispatch 接口。
`SWFO_INCLUDEPENDING` 值： 0x2 包括已注册到 IShellWindows：：RegisterPending 的窗口。
`SWFO_COOKIEPASSED` 值： 0x4 使 IShellWindows：：FindWindowSW 将 pvarLoc 解释为 Cookie 而不是 PIDL。
