D3DDeviceDesc_V3结构已过时;只应使用D3DDeviceDesc_V1。

D3DDeviceDesc_V3 结构包含在响应 DdGetDriverInfo 中的 GUID_D3DExtendedCaps GUID 时已在 D3DHAL_D3DEXTENDEDCAPS 结构中报告的字段。
