用途组 GUID 是行业范围内公开发布的 GUID 值，用于描述服务。例如，IMS 有一个预定义的 GUID，可以在将 SIM 插入设备时使用移动网络运营商 SIM 进行预配，该 GUID 描述了查询 IMS 配置文件时应使用的配置文件。
