必须有权访问简单邮件传输协议 （SMTP） 服务器才能使用通知功能以及通过电子邮件创建事件。
Windows 安全模式
Service Manager 不运行，如果 Windows Server 以安全模式运行，Service Manager 使用的服务不会启动。 如果在安全模式下尝试手动启动 Service Manager 服务，则服务无法启动，并且错误将写入事件日志中。
