Operations

Create	Creates an image list.
Delete	Deletes the image list with listId equal to the passed list ID.
Get All Image Lists	Gets all the image lists.
Get Details	Returns the details of the image list with listId equal to the passed list ID.
Refresh Index	Refreshes the index of the list with listId equal to the passed list ID.
Update	Updates an image list with listId equal to the passed list ID.
