direction	str or NspAccessRuleDirection Direction of Access Rule. Known values are: "Inbound" and "Outbound".
address_prefixes	list[str] Address prefixes in the CIDR format for inbound rules.
subscriptions	list[NspAccessRulePropertiesSubscriptionsItem] Subscriptions for inbound rules.
