Usage Class

Describes Compute Resource Usage.

Variables are only populated by the server, and will be ignored when sending a request.

All required parameters must be populated in order to send to server.

limit	int The maximum permitted usage of the resource. Required.
name	UsageName The name of the type of usage. Required.
