Copy a Job or Task
Applies To: Windows HPC Server 2008
To run a job again, either as-is, or with changes, you can make and submit a copy of the job. To copy a job, you must be the submitting user or have administrative rights. Copying a job allows you to run a finished job again, or to use the property settings of a previously submitted job as a pattern for a new job.
Similarly, within a single job, you can make a copy of a task. This allows you to efficiently create multiple tasks with similar properties.
Important
To complete these procedures, you must have been added as a user on the cluster, or you must be a member of a domain group that has been added as a user on the cluster. For more information, contact your cluster administrator.
