IDirectDrawSurface5::Restore (Windows CE 5.0)
This method restores a surface that has been lost. The restore occurs when the surface memory associated with the DirectDrawSurface object has been freed.

None.
Return Values
The return value is DD_OK.
Remarks
Surfaces cannot be lost on Windows CE, so this method does nothing but return DD_OK.
Requirements
OS Versions: Windows CE 2.12 and later. Version 2.12 requires DXPAK 1.0 or later.
