CMediaType::IsPartiallySpecified (Windows CE 5.0)
Determines if the media type is only partially defined. This is the case if the major type or format type is GUID_NULL.

Return Values
Returns one of the following values.
| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| TRUE | Media type is partially specified. |
| FALSE | Media type is completely specified. |
Remarks
This function does not check the sub type.

DirectShow applications and DirectShow filters have different include file and link library requirements.
