SecPkgContext_Lifespan (Windows CE 5.0)
This structure indicates the life span of a security context. The QueryContextAttributes function uses this structure.

Time at which the context was established. - tsExpiry
Time at which the context will expire.
Remarks
The security provider should always return these values in local time.
