CeLogFlush.exe (Windows CE 5.0)
The CeLogFlush.exe application runs automatically to periodically empty, or flush, the contents of the RAM-based log buffer for the CeLog event tracking subsystem. It writes the data to a file. Because CeLogFlush.exe runs automatically, you can use it to gather data collected at any time in device execution, including data collected during boot.
If desired, you can use the CeLogFlush registry settings to control CeLogFlush behavior, such as the frequency of log file flushing, the size of RAM buffer, and the thread priority.
