This function is to be implemented by a service and will be called by Services.exe.

[in] Specifies the value returned by xxx_Init (Services.exe) for the given service instance.
Return Values
Services.exe ignores the value returned by xxx_Deinit.
Remarks
This function is called during an application's call to DeregisterService.
Services.exe uses the xxx prefix. When implementing the stream interface, replace xxx with a prefix appropriate for your specific implementation. For more information, see Stream Interface Driver Implementation.
