IOsAxsVirtualMem (Windows CE 5.0)
This interface defines methods that provide access to the kernel virtual page table.

| IOsAxsVirtualMem::GetPageSize | Returns the virtual memory page size. |
| IOsAxsVirtualMem::TranslateAddressVirtualToPhysical | Translates an address in virtual memory to a corresponding address in physical memory. |
