This method loads an XML document from a file, stream, or a URL.

Parameters
- xmlSource
[in] XML source. The source can be a file, a stream, or a URL. - bstrSoapAction
[in] Optional. Default value is "". The value of the "SOAPAction" HTTP header. If specified and not empty, it overrides the "SOAPAction" header value passed inside the xmlSource parameter. - isSuccessful
[out] Boolean parameter indicating the success or failure of the load method.
Return Values
The following table describes the common return values.

| S_OK | Success. |
| E_NOTIMPL | The function contains no implementation. |
| E_OUTOFMEMORY | Out of memory. |
