Moves one buffer to another.
void*memmove( void*dest, const void*src, size_tcount);wchar_t *wmemmove( wchar_t*dest,const wchar_t*src,size_tcount);
Parameters
- dest
Destination object. - src
Source object. - count
Number of characters to copy.
Return Values
memmove returns the value of dest.
Remarks
The memmove function copies count characters from src to dest.
If some regions of the source area and the destination overlap, memmove ensures that the original source characters in the overlapping region are copied before being overwritten.
