IQualProp::get_AvgFrameRate (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

This method retrieves the average frame rate since streaming started.
Syntax
HRESULT get_AvgFrameRate(
int* piAvgFrameRate
) PURE;
Parameters
- piAvgFrameRate
[out] Pointer to the number of frames per 100 seconds since the streaming began.
Return Value
Returns an HRESULT value.
