Timing a Thread (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

The GetThreadTimes function obtains timing information for a thread. GetThreadTimes returns the following information:
- The thread creation time.
- The length of time the thread has run in kernel mode.
- The length of time the thread has run in user mode.
These times do not include time spent running system threads or waiting in a suspended or blocked state.
If the thread has exited, GetThreadTimes returns the thread exit time.
