OEMDebugInit (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

This function is the first called by the BLCOMMON framework when a boot loader starts. It initializes the debug transport, usually just initializing the debug serial universal asynchronous receiver-transmitter (UART).
Syntax
BOOL OEMDebugInit (void);
Parameters
None.
Return Value
TRUE indicates success. FALSE indicates failure.
