KD_IOCTL_RESET (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

This IOCTL is a request from the kernel debugger to reset the device.
The OEMKDIoControl function calls this IOCTL.
Parameters
- dwIoControlCode
[in] Set to KD_IOCTL_RESET.
- lpBuf
[in] Always set to NULL.
- nBufSize
[in] Always set to zero.
Return Values
TRUE indicates success. FALSE indicates failure.
