Interlaced Video Support (Windows CE 5.0)
Interlaced video is now supported in Windows CE, however you must check with your display device driver manufacturer to see if your driver will support this mode.
This functionality has been tested on the Intel 854 platform. This platform will require updated display drivers, which are available from Intel.
To enable interlaced video support, set the DDFLIP_ODD or DDFLIP_EVEN flag to allow an interlaced surface to flip the odd or even fields. For more information on these flags, see the topic IDirectDrawSurface5::Flip.
The VBI Renderer Filter is used to transfer data from the vertical blanking interval to the display hardware.
