D3DM_CreateContext (Windows CE 5.0)
This function is called by the Microsoft® Direct3D® Mobile middleware when it needs to create a rendering context.

Parameters
- D3DM_CREATECONTEXT_DATA
[out] A pointer to a D3DM_CREATECONTEXT_DATA structure that is populated by the driver and describes the new rendering context.
Return Values
Implement this function so that it returns D3DM_DRIVER_HANDLED when it succeeds and D3DM_DRIVER_NOTHANDLED when it fails.
