Determines whether or not a project is able to start a build operation.

Parameters
dwOptions
Type: UInt32[in] Options governing the build process. Currently, there are no defined options and dwOptions is always zero.
pfSupported
Type: array<Int32[][out, optional] Pointer to the flag that is set to true if the project supports building.
pfReady
Type: array<Int32[][out, optional] Pointer to the flag that is set to true if the project is ready to start the build process. This flag is currently unused.
Return Value
Type: Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
