在使用 AspNetDevelopmentServerAttribute 运行测试时，将启动一个 ASP.NET 开发服务器实例。 然后您便可以使用 TryUrlRedirection 重定向 Web 服务对象，使它指向该服务器，而不是 Web 引用中定义的服务器。 通过指向该服务器，可以确保在运行 Web 服务测试时，ASP.NET 开发服务器站点在已知 URL 处启动。
