备注

此方法执行的同步既有可能是单向的，也有可能是双向的，具体取决于 Direction 的值。

调用此方法时，LocalProvider 和 RemoteProvider 都不能为 null 引用（在 Visual Basic 中为 Nothing）。

此方法对 State 进行设置，以便与 Direction 的值相对应。
