返回时钟向量中的后续元素（如果存在）。

参数
- cClockVectorElements
[in, range[0, 1000)] 要检索的时钟向量元素的个数。
- ppiClockVectorElements
[out, size_is(cClockVectorElements), length_is(*pcFetched)] 返回后续 pcFetched 时钟向量元素。
- pcFetched
[in, out, unique] 返回检索到的时钟向量元素的个数。如果 cClockVectorElements 为 1，则此值可以为 NULL；否则不能为 NULL。
返回值
S_OK。
如果没有更多要检索的元素，则返回值为 S_FALSE。
