DTSLogEntryFrequency 枚举

此 API 支持 SQL Server 2012 基础结构，但不能通过代码直接使用。

	DTSLEF_CONSISTENT	The entry is logged a consistent number of times, not proportional to the workload. For example, a log that is created at the beginning and in the end of a task.
	DTSLEF_OCCASIONAL	The entry is logged sometimes, usually in exceptional cases.
	DTSLEF_PROPORTIONAL	The entry is logged a number of times proportional to the workload.
