The Isdb_datareader property reports membership in the fixed database role db_datareader for the SQL Distributed Management Objects (SQL-DMO) connection.

Members of the Microsoft SQL Server fixed database role db_datareader have permission to see data from any user table in the database. For more information about adding members to a database role, see AddMember Method.
If TRUE, the user mapping the login that is authenticating the client application connection is a member of the db_datareader role.
If FALSE, the user mapping the login that is authenticating the client application connection is not a member of the role.
