参数
output
类型：System.String一个字符串，包含将写入到事件日志警告。
exception
类型：System.Exception表示异常的堆栈跟踪记录的System.Exception对象。
level
类型：Microsoft.SharePoint.Upgrade.LogLevel一个LogLevel值，指定的日志级别。
