Create a new calendar (Project Server 2010 settings)

By default, Microsoft Project Server 2010 uses a standard enterprise calendar for scheduling. Some organizations may use multiple calendars. For example, if some of your organization’s employees work in another country, those workers will likely observe different holidays, and so will need a different enterprise calendar for scheduling project work. You can create a new, blank enterprise calendar by using Microsoft Project Web App and Microsoft Project Professional 2010.
To create a new, blank enterprise calendar
On the Quick Launch, in the Settings section, click Server Settings.
On the Server Settings page, in the Enterprise Data section, click Enterprise Calendars.
On the Enterprise Calendars page, click New Calendar.
On the Windows Security dialog box, type your user name and password to connect to Project Server 2010 through Project Professional 2010, and then click OK.
备注
If you are using Integrated Windows authentication and your Internet Explorer settings are set to automatically log you on, or if Project Professional 2010 is already connected to the server that is using the correct profile, then you will not be prompted for credentials.
Project Professional 2010 opens and displays the Change Working Time dialog box.
Type a name for the new calendar in the For calendar box.
Use the calendar along with the Exceptions and Work Weeks tabs to modify the working and nonworking times for your organization. For more information, see 修改工作和非工作时间(Project Server 2010 设置).
Click OK on the Change Working Time dialog box to save the new calendar to Project Server 2010.
Close Project Professional 2010.
