jobUid
类型:System.Guid队列作业的 GUID。
projectUid

fullPublish

备注
QueuePublish是将发布消息发送到项目服务器队列服务的异步方法。
以下是WssURL参数的选项:
如果WssURL即空值QueuePublish不会创建已发布的项目项目网站 。
如果WssURL即String.EmptyQueuePublish创建的项目的名称默认值项目网站 。如如果基项目工作组网站是https://ServerName的项目名称是项目名称以及项目项目网站主页上是https://ServerName/Project%20Name/default.aspx。
如果WssURL即New Name项目网站项目名称将是而不是项目名称的新名称。
如果WssURLsubsite/Project Name即子网站必须存在 SharePoint 服务器场中。如果没有子网站,则 Project Server 返回错误 16407 (WSSWebHierarchyDoesNotExist)。
