Payment History Overview Report
This report displays an overview of all payment history entries for each of your bank accounts.
You can define which of your bank accounts are included by setting filters. You can set additional fields on a tab by clicking the Field field. Fill in the fields as follows:
Bank Account
No.: Enter the number of your bank accounts to be included in the report. To see the existing bank accounts, click the Filter field.
Click the up-arrow at the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the result of the filters you have defined for the table.
Payment History
Run No.: Enter the run numbers of the payment histories to be included in the report. To see the existing run numbers, click the Filter field.
Creation Date: Enter a date period for the creation dates to be covered by the report.
Creation By: Enter an id to include payment histories created by this user. To see the existing bank accounts, click the Filter field.
Sent On: Enter a date period for the sent-on dates to be covered by the report.
Sent By: Enter an id to include payment histories sent by this user. To see the existing bank accounts, click the Filter field.
Export Protocol: Enter the names of the export protocols to be included in the report. To see the existing export protocols, click the Filter field.
Export: Here you can choose whether the batch job will include only payment histories that already have been exported or not.
Click the up-arrow at the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the result of the filters you have defined for the table.
Click the Print button to print out the report. If you want to see the report on the screen before printing, click the Preview button. If you do not want to print the report now, click Cancel to close the window.
