Shows the presentation labels for the presentation in magnetic media of the annual third-party declaration diskettes (Model Layout 347).

E) VAT Registration No. |
Specify the VAT registration number that is associated with the declaration. |
F) Company Name |
Specify the name of the company that is making the declaration. |
G) Contact Name |
Specify the name of the contact that is making the declaration. |
H) Phone No. |
Specify the company telephone number that is associated with the declaration. |
I) Total No. of Records |
Specify the total number of records on the media. |
No. of labels |
Specify the number of labels that will be printed. |
