Account - Official Acc. Book Report

This report takes all of the operations registers pertaining to the company's activity, and displays them as transactions in chronological order for the selected period.

You can define what is included in the report by setting filters. You can set additional fields on the G/L Register tab by clicking the Field field. You can also determine what is shown in the report by filling in the fields on the Options tab. Fill in the fields as follows:

G/L Register

Posting Date: in the Filter field, specify the period that the report will cover.

Period Transaction No.: Enter the general ledger register correlating transaction number, which the program assigns to each transaction when an accounting period concludes.

Options

Closing Transaction Description: Enter the closing transaction description that you want to include in the report.

Opening Transaction Description: Enter the opening transaction description that you want to include in the report.

First Page: Enter the number that you want to include on the first page of the report.

Show Amounts in Add. Currency: Place a check mark in the check box if you want the report amounts to be shown in ACY.
