Qty. on Service Order Field, Stockkeeping Unit Table

Displays how many units of the item are reserved for service orders, which is how many units are listed on outstanding service order lines.

The field is automatically calculated and updated with the value in the Outstanding Qty. (Base) field in the Service Line table for those entries with the document type Order.

You can filter the Qty. on Service Order field so that its contents are calculated based on one or any combination of the following elements:

Departments	Global Dimension 1 Filter
Projects	Global Dimension 2 Filter
Dates	Date Filter
Locations	Location Filter
Bins	Bin Filter
Item variants	Variant Filter

You can also set a filter in the Drop Shipment Filter field so that the contents of the Qty. on Service Order field are calculated based on the items that will be shipped as a drop shipment.

To see the service lines that make up the number shown, choose the field.
