Source Type Field, Production Order Table
Specifies the source type of the production order here. To see a list of available types, click the dropdown button select from the following options:
Item - an inventory item will be produced by this production order
Family - a production family will be produced by this production order
Sales Order - this production order corresponds to a sales order and the production will be done for this sales order only.
The source type states the origin of the production. If, for example, sales order is selected here, this production is started especially for this sales order.
