Purchase Document - Test Report
Shows purchase orders, invoices, or credit memos to test before you post them. Microsoft Dynamics NAV checks whether there are any posting dates missing, whether there is anything to post, and so on.
On the report, Microsoft Dynamics NAV reports in the Quantity field the number of items, item charges, G/L accounts, or fixed assets that are pending to be posted as invoiced.
Options
Order/Credit Memo Posting: In this field, you can specify whether you want to post the documents that are being tested as received/shipped, as invoiced or as received/shipped and invoiced. Select the check box next to each option that you want to select.
Show Dimensions: Select the check box if you want dimensions information for the journal lines to be included in the report.
Show Item Charge Assignment: Select the check box if you want the test report to show the item charge that has been assigned to the purchase document.
