Book Value Field, FA Depreciation Book Table

Shows the book value for the fixed asset as a FlowField.

The program calculates the contents of the field using the entries in the FA Ledger Entries window. Those entries with Yes in the Part of Book Value field are added. In the FA Posting Type window, you can specify which entries must be considered part of the book value.

To see the ledger entries that make up the amount shown, click the field.

When you post additional entries to the depreciation book, the value in the field may change accordingly. You cannot change or delete the contents of the field directly.
