Description

Post-sync script to enable unique index on the size group tables. Updates the indexes <c>groupIdx</c> in the table <c>RetailSizeGroupTable</c> and <c>SizeGroupIdIdx</c> in the table <c>RetailSizeGroupTrans</c> not to allow no duplicate records.
