This upgrade will retain the data of each company. The EmployeeAffiliation field in the HcmPayrollDeduction table is the foreign key to the HcmEmployeeAffiliation table. The PayrollDeductionType field in the HcmPayrollDeduction table is the foreign key to the HcmPayrollDeductionType table.
