After updating the BankPaymBalanceSurvey surrogate key field with the value of the record ID field of the BankPaymBalanceSurvey table, the SurveyCodeIdx index is reset not to allow duplicate records. Truncated method name from the allowNoDupBankPaymBalanceSurveyPaymCodesSurveyCodeIdx method.
