A SoapEnvelope that represents the SOAP message.

ArgumentException | The method specified by methodname is not marked with the SoapMethodAttribute. |
Remarks
If the specified method name is a valid SOAP method then the SOAP action is the value of the SoapAction property. Otherwise the method name becomes the SOAP action.
