表字段

表字段是表中组成记录的一条条独立的信息。 可以通过在表“设计”视图的“字段属性”节中设置字段属性，来控制数据的显示、指定默认值及加速搜索和排序。

查看或编辑数据时，Microsoft Access 使用字段属性。 For example, the Format, InputMask, and Caption properties that you set affect the appearance of table and query databases. The controls on new forms and reports that are based on the table inherit these properties by default. 使用其他属性为数据设置规则或要求在字段中输入数据，每当在表中添加或编辑数据时，Microsoft Access 会强制实施这些规则。
