“Microsoft.Data.Sqlite.SqliteConnection”的类型初始值设定项引发异常

启动代理后，会看到以下错误：

The type initializer for 'Microsoft.Data.Sqlite.SqliteConnection' threw an exception.

当 macOS 不认为该文件为可执行文件时， libe_sqlite3.dylib 会发生此错误。

在 dev-proxy 命令提示符下打开安装文件夹并执行 chmod +x libe_sqlite3.dylib。
