You can use Copilot for Sales to view key sales information that provides significant business value by offering insights on contacts and accounts, suggesting relevant opportunities with detailed explanations, and allowing you to choose alternative entities. It enhances sales efficiency, increases conversion rates, and fosters better customer relationships, ultimately driving business growth and profitability.
Feature details
As a seller, you can use key sales information to see insights about contacts, accounts, and when applicable, the connected lead. It also suggests the most relevant opportunity and includes more details. You can choose a different opportunity if the suggested opportunity is not the most relevant. References are shown explaining why you are seeing each entity.
