Business value
Copilot for Sales already integrates with Dynamics 365 and Salesforce CRM platforms out of the box. However, sales involve more than just CRMs. Customers often use additional applications for account planning, customer insights, quoting, e-signatures, and more. With this feature, as a Copilot for Sales admin, you can enable connector plugins in Microsoft Copilot Studio for use in Copilot for Sales when connecting to specific CRMs.

As a Copilot for Sales admin, you can use Microsoft Copilot Studio to:
- Enable in-house or third-party connector plugins for users of Copilot for Sales when connecting to specific CRMs.
- Disable connector plugins already enabled.
