Provides data from a trace about which processors were parked or unparked.

Returns
A pending result that, after the trace is processed, provides data from the trace about which processors were parked or unparked.
Remarks
Processor parking removes a processor from active usage to save power.
Windows Performance Analyzer provides this data via the Processor Parking State table.
